To achieve the best results, clients are expected to actively follow the program during the enrolled period. If a client voluntarily discontinues the program, takes an extended break, or remains inactive for a prolonged period (for example, one month or more), RAKO Health is not obligated to extend, restart, or continue the program beyond the original program duration without additional charges.

Requests to resume the program after extended inactivity will be reviewed at RAKO Health's discretion and may require re-enrolment or payment of applicable continuation fees.
